By selecting our pressure washing and cleaning services, you accept these terms and conditions. Please review carefully and reach out with any questions. 

Preparation for Your Service Appointment: 

  • Accessibility: Ensure a water spigot is available and clear any obstructions from driveways, parking areas, and service locations. 

  • Safety Measures: Close all windows and doors to prevent water ingress. Securely store and/or inform us of any fragile, damaged areas, or items you wish to protect from water exposure. 

  • Pet and Property Care: Keep pets indoors and clear the work area of personal belongings to prevent damage and ensure thorough cleaning. 

Service Day Guidelines:

  • Attendance: It's not mandatory for you to be home during the service. We will issue an invoice upon completion of the work. 

  • Area Preparation: Providing clear access to the service areas ensures optimal cleaning outcomes. 

Appointment Flexibility:

  • Scheduling Adjustments: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather or scheduling conflicts. Prompt rescheduling will be a priority. 

Detailed Service Descriptions: 

  • House Washing: Our service targets the removal of dirt, grime, and organic buildup on exterior siding, enhancing the property's appearance. However, it does not cover the removal of inorganic stains (e.g., paint, rust) or living plants attached to surfaces. Oxidation and specific cleaning challenges may require additional services at an extra cost. Basic window cleaning is included, although water quality may affect the final appearance.

  • Roof Cleaning: Designed to eliminate algae, moss, and lichen, the effectiveness of our treatment varies with the roof's condition and weather. Complete cleaning may take up to six months, with some debris requiring additional services for removal. 

Risk Management and Damage Policy: 

  • Property Integrity: We take precautions to minimize the risk of water damage and protect vulnerable areas. Nonetheless, the client is responsible for securing any known leaks or weak points before service. 

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within three days for standard services or up to seven months for roof treatments. We offer rework options and, under specific conditions, refunds. 

Legal and Payment Information: 

  • Content and Contact Info Release: By agreeing to our services, you permit N.W. Scrub Squad LLC to use onsite photos and videos for marketing and agree to receive a limited number of promotional communications. 

  • Damage Reporting: Any damage believed to be caused by our service must be reported within three days for assessment and potential repair. 

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion for residential clients and within 30 days for commercial clients. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, e-transfer, debit or credit cards. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest rate.
